One story - a few years ago I had been planning on doing my brakes myself. Figured I neded to do them based on age. Had the parts but just didn't have the time. When something else broke and I brought it to him, I asked him to do the brakes too. Pads were in the back seat. He called me up a few hours later and told me the brakes were fine. Think about that for a second. He turned down approved work because it wasn't necessary. He could have easily swapped the brakes as asked, billed me for labour, and I'd be none the wiser. Instead he chose to save me money and forgo his own potential profit. That says a lot about him. Cannot recommend him enough.
