Extremely dissatisfied. 7/16 8:00am, the older man in the office allowed a customer cut in line. I addressed the customer directly and the folks behind me addressed the staff. The staff allowed this man to cut in line, even though we had appointments. This is no okay by any standards.

These folks are amazing. I went in to have my tire patched, and I was in and out quickly. Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful, and pricing was more than fair. Adam fixed up my tire, and gave me peace of mind on finding the root cause. It’s hard to find a business run at this caliber with such excellent staff these days. Bravo!

Another great experience at Kes Schwab. I came in at 8:15 on Christmas Eve with no appointment and a leaky valve stem and they got my truck up on the lift and my tire fixed in under 30 minutes. If I did have to wait, they have a nice spacious lounge with lots of seating.
