My kids and I goes to dentist since 2018. Coming from Vaughan area. I love coming to this location especially with Dr Chau amazing dentist with thoroughly check up. I have the best hygienist Bal who thoroughly cleans my teeth. My children also had good experience with the other dentist especially my daughter who is scars of needles. The dentist made sure of her comfort is meet. The receptionist are pleasant they greet you with such a beautiful smile. Thank you all for our outstanding experience.

I just came in to get my permanent wire replaced from the same clinic that gave me braces. The hygienist couldn’t see where the break was in the wire and tried to convince me it wasn’t broken. I had to show with her with floss that the wire was broken. When I showed her, she said they will charge me and I told her that is not true, because if it ever broke they would fix it for me as part of being their patient. The hygienist tried to do everything she could to convince me not to replace the wire. This defeats the purpose of having braces for 4 years if the bottom teeth will just get crooked again. Clearly the dental hygienist wanted to leave early and I can even hear her say that she thought she was going to leave in 10 mins to the dentist. The dentist then told her to let me know I would be charged. I can overhear their derogatory conversation about me in the hall. What kind of unprofessional place is this? She comes back unhappy, so I didn’t trust this tech to fix my wire, as I know she would have just rushed it and made it worse. I told them I don’t think it’s a good idea to get this done today and just left. She had a shock on her face saying it would have taken 30-45 minutes. I was with this clinic for almost 25 years. It looks like the original dentist sold the practice to some part timers or green dentists. It is disheartening that I have to find a new dentist due to the poor intentions of a couple staff members. I’m pretty sad to leave a place that was once a great clinic. Thanks for nothing.
