Cascade Moving & Logistics

So, they just drove away, and I am exhausted and truly miss our guys already! Before I crash for the night I wanted to write my thoughts on our experience with Cascade Moving first. From our first conversation with Michelle to our group hug, insisted on by me, smelly bodies or not, we had nothing but the best service! Michelle came out on a Sunday to do a walkthrough after we suddenly realized we had been scammed by a company and had no movers anymore and we needed one in less that three weeks, not a quick in town move but a out of state haul! She walked through everything and gave us a quote early the next morning. She was patient with my numerous calls and helped to identify things we could do to save a bit off the quote. At that time every penny counted because we didn’t expect to see anything back from the company that was ripping us off. Thanks to Citi, we did , but since we didn’t know that, she was cognizant of our need to keep costs down! Thank you Michelle! Our crew on pack day consisted of Nakia, Kaiden, Kenny, Morgan and Hunter. Even after I was sure it wouldn’t all fit and started telling them things that could be left, they just kept proving me wrong! By the time they were done there was nothing left except the dust! I don’t know how they did it, but they did! All five of them showed up on time and were ready to work! And work they did! They were also very respectful and so very patient with us. After a long pack job Nakia, Kaiden and Kenny drove almost 300 miles out of state to deliver us our stuff the next day. They had some funky requests for things since our storage shed isn’t built yet and a tent was storage for now and they did it with a smile! Even a chuckle or two as they fooled with each other. Things fit tight and I made a few changes in furniture placements and they did it without missing a beat or making me feel bothersome… Like I said, I miss them already! I feel like Cascade Moving went out of their way to help make our move as stress free as possible. They did what they were hired to do, and so much more! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Moving is already a lot on your plate. Finding a company like Cascade Moving really will help to get it done as painlessly as possible! I say hire them and then post your own review telling people that I told the truth! lol Thanks again all of you! We can’t begin to thank you enough!

I would like to add to the review that my wife (Ruthann) gave to Cascade Moving. I have a comic book collection (36 boxes) and the guys moved them with nary a complaint or a problem! Good guys, that had a great sense of humor and worked deligently and with great effort.  They were exceedingly polite and of good temperament.  Their willingness to adjust where furniture was being placed  was much appreciated as well! So, I would highly recommend Nakia, Kaiden, Kenny, Morgan and Hunter as a team!

Moving is usually a miserable experience for my wife and I, between unexpected costs, communications issues, and having to do a lot of the work ourselves. This was easily the best experience we've had. Cascade's movers were efficient, professional, and helpful, and with a reasonable amount of work before hand they were able to get us moved out on schedule and for right around the quoted amount. most impressively, our substantial ceramics collection arrived completely unscathed. Will absolutely be looking them up again.
