I can speak from experience of working for different roofing companies. I've sold roofs for 3 or 4 different companies. Castillo is by far the most impressive, I haven't had the first call back but I know if I ever do he would be out there almost immediately to correct. Great guy and great attitude, if you go with someone else you'll be wasting your money and be mad because you spent all that money and still got leaks.

This was my first time getting a new roof. It was the best experience. I was told one price. Then asked if I would go for a cheaper shingle so they wouldn’t have to charge me more. On tbat same day I asked for see their license and insurance. Insurance had lapsed. So we had to wait on that to be reinstated. I was activated at this point. They told me they would honor their price for the original shingles they had promised. Then they didn’t. They said mid roof that I need to pay 900.00 more. They say it was an insurance mess up. And it might have been. But I keep asking if they have contacted mg insurance company. They will reminburst me if they underestimated. But nobody will get back to me with an answer. My review would be better if someone would contact my insurance company and get my money back. I should have gone with the company that was actively working with an insurance agent for another customer while at mg house. If they do contact them and get back to me, I’ll update my review. This was an unprofessional company. My roof does look nice. Hopefully the work is quality.

Thank you Castillo Roofing for an amazing job. I would recommend them to everyone they were friendly,professional,straight to the point and he gave me the best price after getting so many quotes. They were done in less than 6 hours and every man on my property had a job to do and got it done. I appreciate the fact that they cleaned my yard better than when they started. Thanks again guys your awesome
