We are absolutely delighted with our en-suite transformation by GSA Bathrooms! The entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The craftsmanship and attention to detail shown by Stewart and Alex and supporting team were second to none. They were not only incredibly skilled and professional, but also friendly, funny, approachable, and a genuine pleasure to have in the house, leaving the space spotless at the end of each day (our neighbours even commented on how tidy they were!). We couldn't be happier with the final result – it has exceeded all expectations! A huge thank you to Stewart and Alex, whose workmanship and passion were clearly evident in every stage of the project, from the design stage where we received invaluable tips and recommendations (including the shower infinity niche, electric toothbrush holder, and ceiling Bluetooth speaker) to the final finishing touches. A special thank you also to Kevin (the designer), Kevin (the tiler), Nicki (the electrician), Tommy (the plasterer) and Stewart’s son - everyone did an incredible job! Stewart and Alex did a great job of transforming our bathroom and small toilet. We are delighted with the new rooms which we have been using for a few weeks now. Stewart and Alex were very skilled, professional and friendly and a pleasure to have in our home during the works while we were there and they also worked while we away on holiday for a week. GSA communicated very well, responded very quickly to messages and answered all of our questions very quickly and helpfully. They have many years of experience and discussed different options with us while the works were ongoing. Stewart and Alex always tidied up very carefully each day and organised for any rubbish to be taken away promptly. GSA also organised for other skilled professionals such as a plasterer, tiler and electrician to work on the rooms as needed and have recommended a painter. Many thanks to all of them and also to Kevin who was very helpful with the initial designs for the two rooms. Stewart and Alex also efficiently fitted a tap outside at the front of the house. I bought my flat in April and the one room that desperately needed an overhaul was the bathroom. It was drab, cramped and not fit for purpose. There was no shower, just an attachment on the bath taps. There was no storage. There was a huge water tank boxed in above the door. There was CARPET. GSA Bathrooms basically ripped the whole room out and started again from scratch. What I have now is a tiled haven of a wet room. The bath is gone, the big water tank is gone. Now there’s an open area at the back with the toilet and shower with linear drain. The water tank has been significantly reduced in size to one much more appropriate for my size of flat. This has opened up the entire room more. It’s really hard to believe it’s the same room. Under floor heating, a great shower, much more storage, it’s everything I wanted. No request I had was too much trouble. Every detail was taken care of. I was given a shopping list of items I had to buy myself (tiles, furniture etc., so they were to my taste), and GSA sorted out everything else. The entire process was stress free from my perspective. I can’t recommend GSA Bathrooms highly enough. You will find cheaper bathroom fitters I imagine but I think you’ll struggle to find better.
