Excellent service start to finish. I had an issue with my Sons PC build, although I didn’t purchase from here the guys were more than willing to help solve the problem. Even checked in a few days after to ensure everything was working and offered further assistance in setting up windows. Excellent customer service, will definitely use them again when upgrading etc.
A non-responsive PC needed a quick turnaround. Contact Jonathan and by luck he was heading near me for another appointment. Discussed the problem and diverted to pick the PC up and , as promised, by later afternoon contacted me to say he'd solved the problem. Excellent service - took the trouble to understand the issues fully and put himself out to solve it. Great service, knowledgeable and highly recommended. Thank you.
