Utterly pathetic unprofessional team of management folks and agents alike. I highly discourage owners from engaging with them for the below reasons: 1. The agents assigned to you have no communication with you as a paying owner at all, nor is the agent's number or extension shared. Which means as an owner you have to call their "departments" which are highly inefficient to get any update on your property. 2. Our property was not listed for days and on reminding was listed with no photos!! Lots of days lost one that 3. Our assigned agent was Samantha and despite multiple follow ups there was no response and no new agent was assigned despite the complaints 4. They wasted 3 previous weeks of listing time with absolutely no feedback and not a single booking. 5. There is absolutely no two way communication possible with this agency unless you are ready to navigate their complex unresponsive "departments" As a company with as many reviews on Google. Its is utterly shocking how incompetent they are!

Unnecessary and untold charges!! avoid this place This disgusting Property management especially whoever that JOSEPHINE is, cares more about squeezing money out of tenants than providing fair service. I was charged extra fees with no proper breakdown or receipts. When I asked for clarification, I got vague answers instead of transparency. Save yourself the headache and stress, they make sure you make payments first before they start telling you other stupid things they charge for, cleaning services that they never do and you don’t even ask for, verification fees “basically stealing” cause why not mention all of this before you start taking peoples hard earned money, Forced charges and hidden fees they never mention, very poor and pathetic service! We learn from our mistakes tho, never again!

I have worked with this company multiple times as a loyal client, and it has been nothing short of frustrating. The only thing they seem to care about is making money, with no regard for customer satisfaction. I recently had an issue with a cleaning charge that was applied to my account. I was never informed that cleaners would be sent to my unit, nor was I made aware of any additional charges for this service. In fact, I had explicitly told them I would clean the unit myself, and I was assured that would be fine. I spent an entire day cleaning the unit on April 8th, and the unit was spotless when I finished. When I reviewed the before-and-after photos in the work order, they were identical—showing the same clean unit, with no visible dirt. Despite this, they still charged me for cleaning services. To make matters worse, Orion from the maintenance team was extremely unprofessional. After I raised my concerns, he hung up on me and refused to help resolve the issue. It’s clear that this company is only interested in collecting fees and has no genuine regard for customer concerns. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values transparency or professionalism.

I’d first like to thank the staff at the Royal York Property Management. Exceptional service, I had a move in and there were some discrepancies with the move in and the staff at Royal York Property Management stepped in and also my lovely realtor made sure I was placed in my new home immediately without further delays. I really appreciate them for standing on business and advocating for clients like myself. It’s good to see management step in to make sure our needs are being kept. Punctual communication and well trained people. If you’re looking for a space please give this company a try. You work regret it, as when it’s time to step up best believe they most definitely will do just that!
