I'm still sick from the loss of my 16-year-old dog after a grooming session at this salon. They kept her for over 9 hours without contacting me when the groomer failed to show up, despite knowing her health issues. The stress likely exacerbated her weak trachea, leading to its collapse a week later. The owner's response to negative reviews will likely be insincere. Be cautious of fake 5-star reviews - the 1-star reviews are the honest ones.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! This was Kaiser’s first ever groom and it was pawfect! From booking the appointment to checking in registration, meeting the groomer and on pick up even the owner. Kaiser was adorable before his groom but afterwards he looked so handsome and happy. He looked like quite the young man. Since Kaiser’s first groom, Dog Sense has become our one and only home away from home for Kaiser for everything from grooming to doggy daycare and even boarding. The new Owners Jovan & Eddie are fantastic! The Staff are all incredible, Kimberly and Tyra are always a pleasure to deal with and Oscar gets his own 5 paws 🐾 🐾 🐾 🐾 🐾 up from Kaiser for his wonderful work and attention during his boarding! His groomer Heidi, always does such a great job and makes him look adorable and so pupular. If you are looking for a great place and professional team to take your fur companion to, paws down; this is it! Can’t recommend Dog Sense enough on a scale from 1-5 they get 10 paws up 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Had a great experience here today at Dog Sense They were above and beyond took care of my Dog really well. A young man staff helped me With the greet and meet, he was so amazing and really kind and helpful. Can’t wait to start my doggie here at Dog Sense. Anyone looking for a place For daycare, I highly recommend Dog Sense. They will not disappoint thank you once again Dog Sense family

I’ve been going to this place for 7 years. I called them on Monday, December 16th to try and fit Martini in on a day that would work for them. Whoever was on the phone, told me that neither of the groomers that have groomed Martini in the past are not available for the month of Dec. She tells me that there’s another groomer who is available. I didn’t think anything of it because aside from the groomer that nicked Martini twice in the last two grooms, I didn’t think they would do their clients dirty like this. Not only that, they charged my mother $80.00 +tax for this “groom”. Come to find out my dog was crying for an hour when they brought him home. He is literally shaking. If you care about your dog or animal at all, stay away from this place. The hair clips are a joke. FYI, the photo of martini in the red scarf is just a reference of what he usually looks like.
