Absolutely amazing! My little girl was extremely anxious at her first dentist checkup/visit. She had high anxiety, was resistant, screaming, and simply just very reactive - so we went the GA route for having her work done. They were so kind and patient, made things exciting and fun for her. I couldn’t be happier with how things went for my daughter there. They helped me stay on track with her appointment as well on day, time, what to expect during and after, how to prep, where to go, everything. Very thorough and informative. I would recommend Smile Garden to any parent and child, especially those with fears and anxiety around medical environments or unknowns. I was not expecting things to go as smoothly as they did considering my daughter’s fears at first. Our experience was nothing short of perfect. 🩷 Thank you again!

Was referred to this dentist office from my son's dentist in smith falls. Absolutely the worst experience at a dentist I've ever had. They provided 1 option to treat my sons teeth during consult and our family dentist advised us of two options. When I brought up the second option after they failed to mention it they said of coarse we can do that as well very misleading. They tried to push me to accept the first treatment plan and refused to give me the price for some reason, saying they could not put both requests through to my insurance. I said thats fine give me the price without insurance and they flat out refused and asked that I make a decision quickly. My frustration grew as I can't make informed decisions without a price. I paid 155 dollars for this information and they refused to provide it at the clinic. I called back 2 days later and asked for the estimates to both treatment plans. They said there was only 1 plan and they will get me the price. I said not acceptable we talked about two plans and I want the price for both. A week and a half later they called me asking for a decision on a treatment plan. I pulled my son from there care immediately. Do not trust these people get a second opinion from a dentist as they mislead me for weeks and I still have no idea what the price would be. Dont put your family at risk with misleading information at this clinic. Im shocked as the reviews were so positive. I knew I needed to post a review immediately

Was a great vist! My son who is high sensory did so well at this visit- with the patient, caring staff, it made his visit go smoothly. Was a quick emergency visit, but all went well. I appreciate everyone for being so kind and just making the visit to the dentist great! With a child who struggles at the dentist I get anxious bringing him but this visit was by far the best for him and I thank you all for making it quick and easy for him. :)

All around a great experience. My daughter was seen right away after my dentist had made the referral. My daughter is 3.5 and she loved Dr.Butler and her hygienist. A very pleasurable experience for both my daughter and us (mom and dad). Thankfully, all she needed was a fluoride treatment and we were off.
