Outstanding service! Staff were very kind and clear, specially Nathalie at the front desk. It felt like they really cared about our dog, they offered some treats for our him and they have a beverage station with some coffee, tea and sodas. They also have an amazing app so you can access your pet records. It is intuitive, simple and has a beautiful user experience. I’ll absolutely come back.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Juno veterinary clinic! They’ve taken such amazing care of my two cats, Luna and Sunny. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Nathalia at the front desk — she is always so kind, patient, and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make scheduling and visits stress-free, which means a lot when you have two curious cats in carriers! The vets and techs are gentle, thorough, and clearly passionate about what they do. They take the time to explain everything, and I always feel confident that Luna and Sunny are getting the best possible care. The clinic is clean, calm, and well-organized — you can tell they truly care about both pets and their people. I’m so grateful to have found a place where my cats are treated like family. Highly recommend!

I took my dog Bella to Juno Vet for her first visit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Adam and Dr. Sarah were amazing, gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. RVT Mischa and Assistant Erika were so sweet with Bella, and Nathalia and Ren at the front desk made us feel right at home. Bella can sometimes be a bit nervous, but wasn’t afraid at all, she didn’t even cry when they did her blood work! She absolutely loved the treats and left the clinic happy and relaxed. Yesterday my fearful kitty, Cleo, was seen at Juno, and it was truly the best vet experience we’ve ever had. The team was so kind, patient, and understanding! they let Cleo set the pace and choose how she wanted to be handled. It was completely fear-free and so respectful of her comfort. Dr. Esther, RTV Mischa, Erika, Nathalia, and Ren were all incredible!!! So gentle, attentive, and genuinely caring. For the first time ever, Cleo came home calm and relaxed after a vet visit, and that honestly means so much to me. I left feeling grateful, relieved, and really seen as a pet parent. I can’t thank them enough for making such a difference for both of us ❤️
