Brayden, Ali, and especially Nathan made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am in Houston, TX, I saw the car I wanted on their website, so I negotiated the price for the car I wanted and my trade in with them over the phone. They promised to honor everything we discussed so I trusted them and drove about 6 hours to Oklahoma the next day. When I arrived, my car was sitting out in front of the dealership ready for me. They knew I had come a long way, so they made the whole process fast and easy. Nathan even gave me some Subaru tumblers for my coffee on the drive home. They made the whole process extremely pleasant and straightforward and if I lived in OK, I would go back to them every single time I am in the market for a new car. The entire experience was surprisingly easy and I appreciate the entire staff at Cavender Subaru. For years I have said the only thing I dislike more than going to the dentist is buying a car but Cavender changed my opinion on buying a car. Buying a car from here was a great experience! It was very easy to work with my sales guy Anthony. He gave me a great deal and made sure that I was constantly taken care of. Everyone has been so friendly at this location! I never feel out of place or like I’m bugging anyone. I truly appreciate the care your team takes to make sure your customers are happy. I don’t think I’ll ever buy another type of car again! The service team is also wonderful. It is so easy to schedule appointments and even get an emergency one. I blew a tire and was having an awful day and my service member rep Jennifer Baca tried to help cheer me up and succeeded! Even a random sales woman tried to cheer me up when she saw I was upset. I can see everyone who works here is happy and tries to do the same for their customers. Love Cavendar Subaru of Norma and highly recommend them to anyone!
