Mark ChapmanI had a mole removed by Dr Chakarova, and the whole experience was really quick, easy and almost painless. Dr Chakarova was really informative and friendly, and the Cosmedics City clinic is clean, modern and comfortable. A very straightforward procedure with no worries at all.
Jon CHaving spent time (and expense) on treatments and consultations with very little success for my skin condition, l went to the Cosmedic clinic expecting much the same. However, the treatment l have had from Dr Chakarova has been amazing. She is a first rate dermatologist, and her ability to assess what laser treatment is needed is exceptional. The improvement of my rosacea is incredible. She is very aware of minimizing side effects, and other than swelling I wasn't left with significant bruising etc. If you're looking for treatment for facial redness/broken veins, in my opinion there isn't really anyone better than Dr Chakarova!

Paul JohnsonI had an infected sebaceous cyst on the back of my neck over the past Christmas and New Year. I received good treatment from my local GP practice, but they kept prescribing antibiotics. These only reduce the inflammation. They do not resolve the cyst. Luckily I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Lydia. She took the time to explain the risks applicable to any minor surgery to ensure I could make a fully informed decision. The cyst was removed the same day in a pain free and careful manner. Dr. Lydia gave me detailed instructions on how to care for the wound and change the dressing. Even providing additional dressings. I even had a skin tag painlessly taken off at the same appointment. A couple of weeks later it is almost impossible to see where the cyst has been. Very pleased with my treatment from Dr. Lydia, a highly skilled professional with a considerate manner, and all the staff at Cosmedics. I was very well cared for during the whole process. PS just got a text today from my GP surgery informing me that I have been referred to a minor surgery clinic and if I haven't heard from them by 24th March I am to give them a call. Fortunately I no longer need the appointment.
