I saw this place and saw the great reviews and I thought I would reach out. I am starting up my own LLC. I called the company twice with in their hours of operation and no answer. They did end up returning my call 2 hours later. In which I inquired on if they do any free consultations, in which the lady was pretty rude advised I can set up an LLC in 5 minutes and that they don't work for free. I advise I wasn't looking for help in creating the LLC just more so information/advise on setting up the taxes. In which she stated again rudely we don't work for free. In which I stated to her well I would be looking at hiring an accountant but looking for some good advice and in the middle of me speaking she just hung up the phone. Extremely unprofessional to hang up it wasn't a nasty conversation at all just looking to feel them out and see what benefit they could potentially add to my company and then to be talked to with a nasty attitude from a simple request. A simple I'm sorry sir we don't offer that here would be miles more professional than we don't work for free and hanging up the phone. Based off my interaction I'm glad I didn't pay them a dime to speak with them if this is how they treat potential customers.
