The team arrived within the stated arrival window and is very prompt for the delivery. They delivery team was polite. However, they damaged by table top during a replacement. I noted this in the delivery form and the delivery team had their management reach out. The person who called back was simply interested in not taking blame for the damage. I repeated kept telling them their team took an image of the table top before they started the process and there was no damage then. Here is the picture of the damage they caused and the person in picture is their delivery team. Thankfully, I had ordered this through another store and am working with them to replace the table-top.

I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes in advance of delivery. The automated call I received told me "delivery would be in 3 minutes" and it was...so at least the ETA was accurate. It's a good thing my contractor was on site at the time or I imagine the sofa would have been left outside. Bad form by you guys.

Professional, polite and on time. Scheduling was easy on their app. The only negative was that when you get the text to schedule your delivery, it does not say what delivery, like from what company or what item. I was confused because I have multiple items coming from multiple companies for my remodel.

Fantastic service! The delivery guys were punctual, professional, and handled my cabinets with great care. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where I wanted. Highly recommend!
