The sessions were personalized, effective, and always focused on my progress. I appreciated the balance of hands-on therapy, guided exercises, and at-home strategies, which really helped me recover faster. What stood out most was the genuine care and encouragement I received throughout the process. The entire team created a supportive environment that kept me motivated and confident in my recovery. I would like to thank Dr. Rizza and my kinesiologist Elaine Edora for the exceptional help towards my therapy. They helped me alot during this 8 week. They are very knowledgeable and wise.
