I was sent to their other clinic on queenston Rd. Beware of seeing Dhvani. I was sent due to a car accident by my insurance company. I have let them know not to recommend this clinic as they are scammers and rip people off both when paying personally and through any sort of insurance. I had gotten treatment here since the beginning of May up until June 10th. On the June 3rd appointment they let me know my insurance company let them know I was interested in a tens machine. They told me it was $400.00 and meanwhile during treatment Dhvani was telling another lady about it as well, same price $400.00. The STIMTECH-PLUS TENS /EMS MACHINE is what they gave me. They let me know it would come out of goods and services essentially not leaving me any massage therapy coverage. After that appointment they told me to bring it to my next treatment (June 10) to review how it works. - This never happened, shocker. They also seem to only focus on one side of the body which makes no sense. I looked up the tens machine with google lens to see what the information was and I also was curious to see if it was really $400.00. They are liars and rip people off, so if you are actively going here and asked about a tens machine the one mentioned is what they give you and it can be bought online with a range of markup of 135.30% - 185.73% . Needless to say, I am not going back there. I also think they need to be looked into, and that they shouldn't be able to be paid for the lack thereof treatment that they provided. Absolutely big waste of time, they don't listen I specifically said that with my work schedule 6pm appointments are better and they turn around and book them in the morning. So glad you listen to the patients, and guess what you only called after my claims rep called to tell you I am not coming back. - Feel free to send a cheque for the new treatment I need to get.

I have been coming here for my hip pain, the staff have been very accommodating with my recovery. Dhvani is very good at her job as well as the assistant Diane. The front desk is very friendly and accommodating with booking. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a safe recovery. Thank you fletcher physio team.

The clinc is good and friendly, i come to see chito for massage hes very good at his job. the front desk Nada is also accommodating with booking as i work alternatinng shifts. great team here
