I just wanted to share what a fantastic experience I’ve had at Premier Care Physiotherapy. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by their friendly and professional staff, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and right at home. I’ve been extremely pleased with my current physiotherapist, Moe, and my massage therapist, Susan. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, and what really stands out is how much they genuinely care. They take the time to listen, understand, and tailor each session based on what’s going on with you personally. I really appreciate how attentive they are. They never just go through the motions or stick to the same routine. It’s clear they are committed to constantly learning and staying updated with the latest techniques to give you the best possible care. Every session feels customized, and I always leave feeling like I’ve made real progress. I had to go in for a post surgery rehab which I wasn’t sure many physiotherapists or chiropractors know how to work on. But got treatment from Dr Josie and she is amazing. The treatment was a bit painful but I was certain her treatment was effective and every session I felt better. I am back to my regular routine and can run and yoga again. She is also very delightful and fun to talk. She has been my chiropractor for a bit but I needed to say Thanks so much Dr Josie for your support in this difficult time. You deserve a 5 star.
