I brought a patient in much pain for treatment at 9.00.am. Saw one of the GPs. Pleasant nurse. An X-ray was done. We waited for 2 hours for the radiographer to write the report. He had not turned up by the time we left 11.15. Very slow.and frustrating!

Is it in order that insurance clients are considered last at every clinic? I write this out of experience for the four times we have made appointments for the ENT clinic which only has one day of work and starts at about eleven, where my family and I have been told to go home in the pretext of having long queues, yet people who come after we have arrived are served first before those of us on insurance. This has happened four times to us this same month and this makes us wonder if we should actually use the clinics or ihk itself ever again.
