I have not written a negative review so far in my life. But the customer service was utterly poor and very disappointing. I understand that maybe they were understaffed, atleast a mindful acknowledgement of a customer is a basic courtesy. The fabric materials we were looking for was not addressed and the sales rep didn't seem too happy about us I guess. A quick reassurance of "I will be right with you" would have been suffice. We had to leave that place today after feeling very irked. Luckily we found another best fabric place.

The place has soo much different varieties of materials and they give full attention to customers finding the perfect match. The price is also at its best.

***Avoid this Shop*** - It is a genuine review. Fabrics are fine but worst customer support. When I asked for Running blouse material 1.25 Meter. They said they have only 1M cut pieces. When I step out - they changed the mind and showing it. I don't understand why did they LIE that they don't have initially. Every fabric - I have to take it from the shelf and see - they don't even bother to help. I don't have scissors else they might have asked me to cut the fabrics. Since all are north Indian guys they asked me to connect with a Tamil guy who was working there - He is no use other than folding the fabrics. Use for nothing. He don't know anything. He will confuse us. Unless you ask more - they won't show or answer about what's in their shop. If you are interested in Self Service and treating you badly - you can visit the shop. Most of the customers like me commenting about service for the last year but the management is not taking action. So please avoid this shop so that the management should learn a lesson.
