How unprofessional this company is!!? I decided to import a CNC machine from china and got price from this company .I agreed to the price and sent all my company details and the Chinese company .It took around 7 days sending and receiving email and suddenly they stopped responding to me.i ask them if I can pay the deposit to Chinese company and haven’t received reply.I rang them today and they easily said we don’t do for you( excuse was because of new company ) and even I agreed to pay all balance before starting the process.I lost 10 days and opportunity to deal with 4 similar companies.No apologies and no feel sorry from them.
