Update July 2025: With all the rains in Central Texas on July 4th weekend, my roof that's less than 2 years old started leaking. I called CCR multiple times since Saturday and they said they will fix this urgently but they have taken no action yet. In spite of me calling them multiple times, they tell me the same thing every time that the on-call team will handle it but so far nobody has reached out. I definitely do not recommend these guys. Stay away and take your business to a more reputable business. If they don't come take care of the issue, I'll have to take legal action against them as I'll have no choice. I got my roof replaced by CCR in August 2023 and had a bad experience with the installation. I clearly asked them to make sure they don't leave nails around my yard as we have kids playing and they still left a ton of nails everywhere so I had to buy a magnet and sweep across my whole property to collect them. See the photo to see how many they have left in my yard "AFTER" they took all the precautions. These guys are not professional. Stay away from them.
