I called this place and asked them for a hikvision cctv system for my house. They said I will need to send them a mail with my details. So I did. That was two weeks ago. Since then I have called them and sent reminder mails. The last call I made, the lady I spoke to said she will definitely send me a response on the same day. Nothing yet. I am actually glad I got to see this before I made the purchase. I can only imagine their response if I have a problem with their product after purchase.
