We had our roof done in October of 2015 with C.D.Roofing. Ryan was extremely helpful in helping us make an informed decision regarding the type of roof. The communication from day 1 was very clear. All work was done very efficiently and exceeded our expectations on how quickly the work was done and the excellent customer service provided by Ryan and his team. Fast Forward to day October 2024, we had some water coming in our living room from the roof. We contacted Ryan for assistance. He immediately took action, got Joe from his team to come in early the next morning, and the problem was resolved. Joe was very precise and thorough and shared with us what the problem was. Excellent service was provided by both Ryan and Joe. I would recommend Ryan and C.D. Roofing over and over again. Thank you. We have, and will continue, recommending Ryan to others. CD Roofing & Construction replaced 2 skylights that were leaking and the outcome was excellent. I could not be happier! We just installed new windows and doors and a rep from the supplier, Consumers Direct, recommended CD Roofing to replace our old leaking skylights. Referrals are so important in selecting the right contractor to do a job properly and I really appreciated the referral. After checking into CD Roofing I could see that they are a well run operations and so I contacted them. The estimator, Darryl, was prompt, efficient, and knew what he was doing. His advice was valuable to me and the solution was just what I needed. The quote was competitive after checking with other quotes and so I went with CD Roofing. The installers, Devon, and his helper did an amazing job as they were able to carefully remove the old leaking skylights and install the new skylights by Velux without damaging the old roofing tiles. Being able to do an installation like this and being able to reinstall the roof tiles is not easy! They took their time and did this properly. I’ve had Ryan and his crew out for service calls over the years to repair things such as missing shingles and leaking gutters, replaced all vent exhausts from the bathroom/laundry room and provided venting for a gas heater installed in my garage. This ultimately lead to making an easy decision on having CD Roofing complete a much larger scope of work, including shingle replacement on both roof and shed, improved ventilation and new shingle, eaves, soffit, fascia, etc. installed on an additional backyard structure. As someone who pays attention to the fine details, I was extremely impressed with things such as a thorough roof inspection, re-caulking, re-nailing and post cleanup of my property. They even cleaned all of my gutters and eaves! The workmanship from CD Roofing is simply elite and I highly recommend them for all your residential AND commercial needs!
