Connor! What a great guy and plumber to have found. Connor was fantastic from the start. We had just sold our property in Barrie with a closing date a week away, however we found out we needed to replace two toilets. We had already left the province, so navigating this from afar posed a challenge. Connor was one of the only plumbers who would give me a starting quote (I get that things change, and they did!, but customers can’t make an informed decision without something to start with), and he ended up having an opening the next day to come start the work. He offered to grab the toilets for us at Home Depot, which was awesome because other plumbing companies we called before him would only use the toilets from their suppliers and they priced out to minimum $250/piece. During the work he identified that he couldn’t replace one toilet with a standard 12” rough in because of the existing rough in, so he offered us three clear solutions and recommended which was the best option based on our short timeline and pricing. He was able to source a toilet that would fit and would come in on time, and he got it installed a few days before closing. All in all, Connor saved the day. He stayed in consistent communication with me throughout it all to make sure I was comfortable with the options we had, the price, and the timeline. He made it a priority to get the job done, to do it correctly so that the new owners of our house would have a toilet that lasts, and he was incredibly friendly while doing it. There were no crazy additional fees/pricing in the end, and he was genuinely very helpful. I will recommend Connor to anyone who needs a plumber in the area!

Connor was great! Called him in a pinch, he was very responsive and came quickly. He was friendly, knowledgable and fixed our issue no problem (shower cartridge was stuck as we tried to replace it) and reasonably priced. Highly recommend CDS Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber!
