Kate was absolutely incredible. Having worked at our venue (The Mill at Manor Falls) several times prior, she knew exactly what to expect, and how to best prepare for the big day, which was evident during our final meeting. Through the wedding day, Kate listened to all of my ideas/plans, and executed them with perfection! She was also prepared for anything which was amazing, which was very appreciated as the night went on. Kate was also always aware of what my husband and I needed throughout the night, even as she was hard at work with other tasks to keep the night moving.

We cannot thank Kate enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! From start to finish, she was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. Her calm and reassuring presence helped ease any stress we had, and she was there to handle every little thing so we could just enjoy our special day. Kate was not only professional but also so warm and personable, making us feel like we were in the best hands the entire time. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator.
