I will NEVER shop with celebrations again! I have shopped with them for years and the service I received today is insane! I ordered 2 cakes for my daughter’s 13th birthday black heart shaped cake and a red round cake on June 4th 2025 for pick up on June 20 2025 at 3pm. I called back to confirm if they had the pearls and cake glitter for the cake and I was told yes on June 18 2025. They were going to do silver cake glitter on the 10inch round so it would shine like the black heart shaped cake so they’d match. She even went as far to tell me the pearls were not a bright silver but a gray silver and I said that would be fine. Today I pick up the cake and only had 1 red heart shaped cake. They told me 30 minutes and they’ll have my cakes ready! They left the red on my heart shaped cake and covered it with black so now it’s gray and I told her that the cake would be gray and she stated when it dries it’ll be black. It is not!!!! The excuse for the mishap” the person who takes the orders doesn’t make the cake” I’ll attach pictures DO NOT GO THERE!! I did not even get anything for the inconvenience and still paid $132. To say disappointed would be an understatement

My daughter wanted a Dora the Explorer cake, and they were able to take a couple of inspiration pics and make her cake super cute. She loved it and it tasted great!

I called them last minute to get a cake for my mother in laws 70th birthday and they made this beautiful cake last minute !! And it was delicious 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Ordered cake and cookies for a birthday party weeks before the party. I had a gut feeling to call and inquire about the items and what time to pickup the day before. I found out they had not made the cookies because I ordered an Alabama theme cookie tray in June, and they were only working on Father’s Day themed cookies. They said the person who took my order made a mistake… I don’t see how placing a custom order is a mistake. It seems like an oversight on their part and they refused to make the Big AL cookies I ordered. Absolutely mind blowing they couldn’t make it right and make the cookies. They used their Father’s Day t-shirt cookies to make them into UA jerseys. The theme was Big AL for a little girl. So disappointed.
