Oh MAN if you love seafood, you have to come here. Every single seafood dish was delicious. The ceviche with blue cod, the pupusa special with the GIANT prawn, the seafood risotto - wow. Each seafood dish was cooked to perfection, the mussels and squid were tender, the prawn was so flavorful, the flavors complemented the seafood so well. My friend loved the lamb stew and I liked it too but I wouldn't come here for it. The Peruvian mousse was so interesting too. The vibe of the place was so cool - it's a tiny restaurant and you get front row seats to the cooking action. Lots of Spanish spoken here. Cool lighting.

Had a casual weekday dinner here - while I came in with high expectations, I still think the food left something to be desired. The lomo saltado was really good, but not different from other Peruvian joints. The scallop and lamb that we ordered were not outstanding. Ceviche and drinks were pleasantly tasty and we were very happy with the service throughout the night. Will revisit if the menu goes through a change

Super cute place with amazing food and cocktails. The mixed design ceviche was delicious, with some of the most tender squid I've ever had. Being more familiar with Spanish shrimp dishes, the Camarón al Ajillo was a different take that was really well executed. I want to bathe in the Aji del Gallino. The floral flavors of the Aji peppers and other warm spices combined to make a new comfort food for me. The mousse de lacuma was a nice easy to finish the meal. Would definitely go back.

The space is cute and the service was quick and great, but the issue for me was the mains. The scallops were tasty, but slightly under cooked. The pasta underneath was drowned in sauce that didn’t have enough time to cook down the garlic leaving a very intense raw garlic taste. 1/3 of the sauce would have been more than enough so I don’t have to fish for the pasta in the soup of sauce. A few more tomatoes would have helped give it the much needed acidity to cut through the intensely rich dish. 2 halves of a cherry tomato basically did nothing. Not pictured was the shrimp and mango ceviche which was quite good. The lamb stew was no memorable.
