Ciaa BrownI went twice to get my phone repaired both times the guy told me he had the correct screen to fix it ( both times he lied) so I just asked for my money back . In which the guy in the store acted like he couldn't do that because some bullshit excuse he already ordered the phone part which has nothing to do with me . So he tells me bring it in any time he will fix it in 25 mins but the first time he said 45 min . He did all of this just to ask me ( did you get your phone out the county I tried 3 screens none of them worked ) but mind you he said he has ordered my screen he had to give me my money back I am a black woman and I know if I was a man he would have just given me my refund immediately! DO NOT GO HERE there is a place down the street in the Walmart parking lot called Dr.Phone I will be going to them and P.S I never been out the country I got my phone right next door at Metro PCs!!!!! Waited an entire day for nothing
