My husband comes here for literally everything phone related...I am pretty sure they know him by name. I have a Google Pixel tho, so screen covers and things are harder to find and they don't carry them here. They have a machine that lets them custom cut, but I end up with a different kind each time I need to have it replaced because they are out of regular ones....They will install ones you order online though - so if you want a specific one, you could try that.

Go to a more reputable business that wants to actually do work. Wanted my phone battery replaced but they didn't have my battery so it needed to be ordered. Left my contact info and was told they would follow up with me in 5 days when it would be there. Didn't hear anything 2 days past the expected date so I followed up with them. Stated the battery was back ordered, asked to leave my contact info again, and that they would call me by 2-3pm the next day. Never heard from them so I called again, and they told me I had never left my info with them and they didn't have the battery. Wasted a week and a half of my time.

Very friendly nice and he definitely works with you, as well as get what you need even if it’s not in store love this store this my 4 time coming it’s it’s been great everytime.

The "technician" used a screen from an older device; I can no longer use the fingerprint biometrics on my phone. The glue job on the back of the device was extremely subpar too; I had to take it to another repair shop to get it fixed the right way. Not worth the $130.
