Last week, I did a really stupid thing. While playing my Switch 2 in my backyard, a phone call came in and I just dropped my Switch 2 on patio chair and went back to my computer to check something for that phone call. But later I totally forgot my Switch 2 until the next day. It was all wet due to the heavy rain. And of course, I could not turn it on. I checked the Nintendo Switch 2 website and the only option I had was to send it back for a replacement with $179 plus tax and shipping. Then, I found the ubreakifix while searching for Switch 2 repair. When I called the store near my home, the gentleman on the other end was really nice. He asked me to take the console to their shop so that they can know if this console if fixable. Later after I arrived, they asked me the details about how this console was damaged and confirmed the possibility to get fixed. After a day, I was noticed “hey your Switch 2 is fixed”. I think this is a really good experience for me. At the beginning, I felt like there was no way to easily get my console fixed but ubreakifix made it. Also, their price is very much competitive! Nintendo would do an approximate $200 charge for a replacement without a promise if my data can be saved. BUT ubreakifix only charged me for $31.84! (I have the membership for $30 per month). I would highly recommend this place to all tech fans because this place can really save us with better price and faster service.

When my iPhone screen stopped working, I was stressed—my entire job depends on my phone. Emotions were definitely running high when I walked into the store. Thankfully, Cody and Josh were incredible from start to finish. They were patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain every step of the repair process, which I truly appreciated as someone who likes to understand how things work.
