Terrible service… I don’t recommend this shop to anyone at all who’s looking for ANYTHING that involves their phone. Anyways, I come from Europe and I was enjoying time in Miami for two weeks. My phone screen broke on me in one of the last days of the holiday. I find a repair shop which was this shop and I come in and ask what the price would be for a repair, he tells me $100 then tells me he can have it completed in the next 15 minutes as his shop is closing. I thought 15 minutes was very quick but never questioned nevertheless, I just suspected he was good at what he done since he deemed confidence. I come back at 20:00 and my phone is repaired. Fast forward 2 days later, my “new screen” is almost out of the phone itself, my phone keeps glitching after every single type, it freezes after 30 seconds of use which makes me turn it off and back on, and a lot of the time i also have to fully power it off since the whole TOUCH of the phone won’t work at times. the touch won’t work AT ALL, so i have to force turn it off. Today a message i typed out myself fully deleted itself as if I was the one who deleted it. really strange, really weird.

Horrible and LAZY. I go there on a Sunday to have a repair for my phone and understand 1) is it not repairable 2) if it is what is the costs so I can submit that to insurance. Talk with the manager/owner then his friends come in and completely ignores me for 10 minutes. Says he doesn't have the tool come back tomorrow. Monday comes, I return and explain to one of the staff I would like it repaired if he provides me clear cost or to know if it can not be repaired. Doesn't use a tool or anything calls a guy and says they won't give price until they are done. Insurance only covers the lower of replacement or repair and unwilling to say what the cost is. His response "WHATs in it for ME?" I'd prefer to shop at a small family shop like this, so would love to endorse, but lack of integrity and can't even provide a written quote of what he would charge. #shame on the lack of integrity; it represents everything currently wrong with Miami, when there is so much good in this wonderful city

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this store while replacing my phone back cover. When I picked it up, the quality was unacceptable—there was visible glue around the edges and noticeable gaps. When I questioned the shoddy work, the store manager told me he most probably needed more time to seal it better but he was ready to let me go if I wouldn’t ask; even after the 40 more minutes, I was not satisfied with the final work but I just gave up and left. Up to realizing that the cover was cracked a week later, clearly due to uneven sealing and the poor quality of the material used- When I returned to ask for repair, the manager kind of admitted his responsibility for his poor workmanship but dared to ask me to pay $80 for a new cover… which I obviously refused so he rudely asked me to leave. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely; cheap guy using cheap material, looking for quick undeserved money and not caring about client’s satisfaction.. it's not worth your time or money!

I enter the guy thought I was a kid or something acting like he’s doing magic on my phone and turn on back the screen without doing anything five seconds and he has the audacity to tell me his boss watching him so I need to pay him $20 Without doing anything just checking the setting and when I asking him to call his boss and I want to see what he’s gonna say he doesn’t want to do it because he knows he scam people
