The cell plug was the most unprofessional experience I ever encountered. It was suppose to be a one day to order the part and a one hour repair of my iPad screen! After keeping my iPad Pro for over two weeks, numerous phone calls, even stopped by to enquire about the repair. The owner tried to give me someone else ipad, and when I clearly stated that this wasn’t my unit, he argues saying it was. Actually an employee had to correct him. Wow! I even paid 60% of the total invoice billing. To conclude this horrible saga, he taped up my iPad with packaging tape and gave it to me saying that he ordered the but came in wrong, then stated they could find the the screen for my iPad, which is only two years old. I took my iPad to Cellairis, they ordered the screen on 8-11-25 and called me 8-13-25 informing me that my iPad was repaired and ready for pickup! Just a slightly evaluated cost than the cell plug. Cellairis even replaced the screws that THE CELL PLUG misplaced/lost are just didn’t put back on! This is Not to down play anyone business, just to share my professional experience with the cell plug. Zero ⭐️

People, if you don't go to The Cell Plug here in Columbus GA, you're doing yourself a disservice. Mr. TJ and his Team are the best in town. They're very knowledgeable and welcoming people. His pricing is very affordable and fair. I'm taking all of my business needs to them going forward. Please do the same

originally brought my iPhone to a different place where they charged me $75 & they said my phone was NOT fixable. I was recommended this place and brought it here and within 3 minutes my phone was on & working, and I was only charged a diagnostic fee. great customer service & very nice!! So thankful for all of their help.

Really hopeful to be able to improve this 3 star review. I appreciated the help yesterday to replace a dead iPhone screen, especially after hours (I showed up not knowing the hours and the owners were still there). I was asked for $120 to replace my iPhone 13 screen, which I paid. In the process, my faceID chip was clipped. Oh well… not ideal but I was still going to have a working phone. But once I left I realized the new screen had a bunch of cracks in the bottom right corner. I thought it was the screen protector they threw on but nope… and it makes hitting “go” “return” or scrolling to the right hard to actually press, which unfortunately is a very common button. The business is closed today. I pray that I can get a replacement screen that is in tact. Maybe I’m off but $120 is a price I would expect a new screen to be uncracked. Edit: I am happy to share that the owners connected with me on their off day and told me to come in and let them make it right. Sure enough, they replaced it with a perfectly new screen on the very next day they were open and it’s working perfectly now. Thank you for the willingness to make it right!
