I had a completely shattered iPhone 11 that I couldn't use because there was dirt or water underneath the screen. The staff was friendly I went to them for a charging port issue and the tech said that he could replace it. I left my phone there and came back to pick it up within 30 minutes (as he suggested) I was convinced that he actually replaced the charging port with a new one because my phone was charging, but it only charged with his charger. I went back he said he'd replace it again but told me that it was dust in my charging port that's why it wasn't charging. I went to another phone repair shop and they changed the charging port and it was working like new. My only complaint is that I couldn't get a refund. Overall the tech was nice & patient.
