Avoid this place at all costs. I paid $100 to get my phone screen replaced, and within a month it started overheating. When I went back, they refused to honor the warranty and tried to charge me $160 to fix it again. Total scam. The Cumberland location I went to doesn’t even show up anymore—probably because they know they’re ripping people off. Save yourself the headache and just go to Apple. At least you’ll get quality work and real support. These people are the worst.

Ria was amazing. Although she couldn't fix my phone she stayed after hours with me to try to get it to cut back on and worked on it the entire next morning to figure out what was wrong with it.

So helpful! Fixed my phone in 20 minutes. I have AT&T phone insurance and I was getting the run around and got quoted 300$ at another place. Came here they were nice , fast and efficient! Please I recommend them highly!! Super cost efficient!
