They mislead me on the price they first said it would be 90 for original screen the they told me I can do a phone check for 15 bucks and would go towards the screen repair I did that when was time they said call I had to call them to here that it would take longer I told them to fix the screen and they did the put a fake Amazon screen that broke 3 times I had to come back to fix it again they charged me 100 for the repair for one time screen even though it should have costed 74 they lied I asked them a bout another repair I want to do and they really want to do that repair to scam me for more money do not repair your phone there if you want it to be good as used they will leave good as bad after two months that I dropped my phone twice the screen came off and broke

Very good customer service, and Calvin was very patient and communicated clearly when he helped with my iPhone 13. Very fast service! If you need quick fixes this where to go.

The staff at Ultra are incredible. I attempted to replace my iPhone screen without success and in the process lost access to all my data. The manager, TJ, came to my rescue. Performed a diagnostic and fixed my phone in 20 minutes for $10. All around excellent service, courteous and fair pricing. I will certainly return for any future repairs. Jeff D
