If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently paid for a diagnostic test at this business, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Tony, who identified himself as the owner, informed me that the diagnostic results could not be provided in writing or over the phone, citing that he was busy with other customers. Instead, I was told I would need to visit in person to receive any information. As a paying customer, I believe it is entirely reasonable to expect clear and accessible communication regarding the service I paid for — especially something as straightforward as sharing diagnostic results. The refusal to provide this information through standard and convenient channels reflects a lack of professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
