Can I really say that a law firm felt like family? That is definitely what Center for Nonprofit Law did for us. Zach and his team guided us through an extremely difficult transition from one fiscal sponsor to another. They helped us be deliberate in our movements, clearly stated what was legal when being told something wasn’t; and supported us in every step. Project Stability

Center For Nonprofit Law does a fantastic job for nonprofits, because of their vast fund of knowledge about the workings of the nonprofit section of the IRS and their expert understanding of what the IRS nonprofit section accepts and what it does not. Emily Viera at Center For Nonprofit Law wrote our 501(c)(3) application and got it approved by the IRS in a record 2 and a half months from the day she submitted it! Usually, during normal times, it takes 8 months or more. And these are not normal times!!! Center For Nonprofit Law also gives excellent training for board members in what nonprofit boards need to know and do to maintain their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status and follow best practices. The quality of work done by Center For Nonprofit Law is beyond excellent! They are likely the best nonprofit law office in the country!!
