I have ordered Hats, Cotton T-shirts, and Polyester Shirts for all of my children's fishing events that I host! Definitely recommend them! Best of all is their great customer service they provide.

The owner is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met, and that’s after several encounters — not just one bad day. Every visit has been disappointing. It’s no surprise they can’t seem to keep regular employees; there’s always someone new behind the counter. Honestly, if another fan shop opened nearby, it would easily put this one out of business. Do yourself a favor and find your fan gear somewhere else.

This store is the only place to purchase required uniforms for my kids athletics class. Because the uniforms are mandatory, the extremely limited weekday-only business hours create a serious hardship for working parents. If uniforms are required for school, they should be reasonably accessible, including early evening or weekend hours.

I was pretty disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered shirts for the Go Gold for Georgetown event at East View as soon as the link was sent out. The order said 10 business days in one spot and 10-12 in another but I had assumed (probably stupidly) that with a big event like this, they would be prepared with some shirts ready. I waited until the next week and went in to ask about them. The lady was pretty rude about repeating the 10-12 business days. I told her that I understood that was their policy but I would be grateful if they could help me out and get it to me by Thursday of the next week. She took down my name and number and said she would check on it. Fast forward a week later, I had not heard anything from her. I called and was again rudely told that it was 10-12 business days. I told her if I could not get them by the next day so that they could be worn to the event, that I wanted to cancel my order. She said I had to email that to her but that she had some shirts on the sales floor and she would check my order and see if she could fill it. About an hour later, I was called back and told that she could fill my order with the exception of substituting one of the shirt styles, which was fine with me. I promptly went to the store to pick up my order. What is really sad about all this was the fact that the store had a huge rack FULL of these shirts. It is baffling to me that you would make a customer wait for a time sensitive order and yet fill a rack with the same shirts and try to sell them to just anyone who walks into the shop. That makes absolutely ZERO sense. Seems like you would pull customer orders from the available shirts as quickly as possible instead of just putting them on a rack. I later found out that the school was selling these shirts the day before the event and I could have just waited and sent the boys to school with the money to get them without all the headache. I picked up the shirts, offered to pay whatever difference there might be with the substituted style, and left. Two days later, I got an email saying my order was ready. I will definitely think twice about ordering from here ever again. I understand they have a process but this was just not handled well or gave me any confidence that they cared if I was a customer or not.
