Eli came out and did an outstanding job installing a water pressure reducer on my main water line coming into the house. My water pressure without it was 125 PSI(!!!) and was causing all sorts of issues with hot water heater, sprinklers etc. He did more work just to have it beautifully installed without a ton of unions and very streamline for less potential breakpoints later. Wonderful job Eli, and I appreciate Cent Flo not price gouging customers!

Interesting experience when calling to ask for an estimate for a water heater installation. The customer representative told me that they have a $45 consultation fee (to be waived when they get the order). I mentioned that this appears unusual to me as other companies I contacted do free consultation. Apparently, this triggered something, because she recommended to better reach out to a handyman then. Everybody does business the way they want it ...

I can’t say enough good things! We had a clog in our main drain line and reached out to several plumbers in the area. I called Centflo at 9:18, got a fair quote (on the low end compared to others), and Frank and Frank Jr were at my door by 10:30. By 10:58, the job was done and paid for - quick, efficient, and effective! What really stood out was their professionalism and kindness. Not only did they clean up after themselves, but they also went the extra mile and cleaned up a mess we had made the night before trying to fix it ourselves. I had braced myself for a big post-repair cleanup, and it wasn’t necessary. They were even friendly to my dog, who insisted on watching everything they did. Great service, great price, and genuinely nice people. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

**** Update (in response to the owner’s reply): Their response doesn’t reflect how things actually happened. In 2023, I was present during the install. The flange may have been mentioned and repaired, but at no point do I recall being asked to pay or refusing to do so. The owner himself was there, installed the toilet, and we ended on very good terms, even talking business afterward. If there had been a charge, I absolutely would have paid it. There was no dispute or blame at that time. The 2025 service call was unrelated to that install. I simply had a new issue at my Airbnb. Two techs showed up, left within minutes, and I never heard back despite following up. I had to hire another plumber, who resolved the issue quickly without the complications Centflo describes. My review is about the lack of communication and follow-through in 2025. Tying it back to a past “nonpayment” that never happened is misleading. **** Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I had used this company a couple of years ago and had a decent experience, so I called them again for a toilet issue at my Airbnb. Two techs showed up and left around 2:00–2:15 PM, but I never received any update on what was done or if the problem was fixed. I texted the company’s phone (the same number they had replied from earlier), but my messages stopped delivering after they left. Calls to both the company line and that number went unanswered, and I was left completely in the dark. Hours later, I had to scramble to find someone else to help. When they arrived, the toilet was still full and not repaired. They fixed it quickly, proving the original company hadn’t resolved the issue at all. To make matters worse, it’s now the next day, my messages are still undelivered, and I’ve had zero communication from the company. This left me in a stressful situation with a guest returning that evening. No communication, no resolution, and no follow-up. I will not be using this company again.
