I was asked for a review, so here it is. Awful experience. Jessica was my agent. I paid in full for my insurance policy on October 21st 2024. My new policy should have started on November 1st 2024, but something went obviously wrong, because my policy was canceled and nobody informed me. I just got notice of this through the mail. Then I had to make at least 10 phone calls to fix the problem. Jessica never got back to me. Many agents hanged up on me because they didnt't know how to fix this problem. Finally another agent from a different office was able to help me, but I had to make a second payment. After the tenth call I noticed that Jessica made a spelling mistake on the excluded driver, and wrote the wrong date of birth as well. Still waiting for this issue to be fixed. Horrible experience! Update: the company read my review and gave me a number to call. I called and the agent put me on the phone with Jessica, who didn't even try to understand the problem she caused and hung up on me. I had to call again and finally an agent was able to answer my questions and give me a breakdown of my payments.
