Extremely please with the the new furnace and heat pump I got from Central. Mike and his team were great! They came to my house to provide an estimate and answer questions whereas some companies gave an estimate based on photos I sent to them. Installation went well with pleasing results - lots of work for the installation and they did a super job of clean-up at the end. Would never know how much work was involved if I hadn't seen it for myself but nothing for me to do when they left. Very helpful on the install day with explaining the new system and I received follow- up support with the office. There was a Fortis Rebate with the purchase of my new heating/ cooling system but I can't thank Mike, the Manager, enough as he came to my house the next day to help me submit for the rebate as he knew it could be a little overwhelming to complete the forms and he wanted to be sure the forms were submitted correctly so as to not delay the rebate. This is something he does for all his customers. I am happy with the price of the system, the product, the installation and follow-up support. I would recommend checking with Central Heating & Air Conditioning if you are looking to upgrade your system. Winnie Dreyer

Sales and Service above and Beyond. Was in a dilemma for a few weeks deciding between Central, Vendor M, and Vendor G. Truth is Vendor G gave the best price but responds up to a week to an inquiry, while Vendor M and Central were both quick to reply and answer my questions. Vendor M was the priciest but they were willing to match Central, but dealing with Central’s Mike made me finally choose them. Not only did he spend time explaining to me all options, he also volunteered to help me fix all my problems in getting my electrical permit from the city, and helped me joining the government programs for rebates and interest free loans. I kid you not, Mike is The Professional you want working with you. He never fails to answer my questions and give me suggestions. The Central team also made a clean and quick install on our 3-story townhome. Every detail was met and they would ask me if there was any concern before proceeding. I highly recommend Mike and his team!

We had a splendid experience with them, specially Mike Sepehr. He was very supportive, great communication and followed up with each detail step of the way. Mike was knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was doing and he did everything to make the process as easy as possible for us. Technical team was extremely professional and neat.
