She treated him like her own child and was always there to guide and support us. Her positive words and personal attention really gave us comfort and strength throughout the treatment. I also want to thank the hospital management, nurses, and staff for their excellent service. Everyone was very kind, caring, and always ready to help whenever needed. The hospital atmosphere was clean, calm, and well organized, which really made us feel safe and cared for. I recently had my C-section delivery at Central Hospital, and I want to share my experience. The doctors were incredibly nice and understanding of my situation. They acknowledged my fears and helped me overcome them with clear explanations, genuine care, and love. I am especially grateful to Dr. Zaib Un Nissa and her team for their outstanding support and expertise. While I deeply appreciate the care from the doctors, I feel there is room for improvement with the nursing and other staff members in terms of customer service and patient care. It’s important to remember that patients come in full of worries, fear, and concerns. Treating patients with more love and care, answering questions with full explanations, and showing understanding of our fears and concerns would greatly enhance the overall experience. My only negative feedback concerns the pediatrician who checked on our child. His demeanor suggested he didn't want to be there. He didn't introduce himself or his position, nor did he display any warmth or acknowledge our presence. He also seemed uninformed about our baby's delivery details, incorrectly stating our discharge date. This experience left me feeling uneasy, and I believe it's essential for pediatricians to approach their work with more empathy and attentiveness. Overall, my experience was positive thanks to the exceptional doctors, but improvements in nursing staff interactions and pediatric care would make Central Hospital an even better place for new mothers.

Dr. Anjali at Central Sharjah Hospital has been such a blessing throughout my pregnancy and delivery. She is very easy to reach and even replies on WhatsApp, which really helped ease my worries as a first-time mom. She did my C-section, and I was surprised at how smooth everything went. My recovery has been going well, and even the stitches were done so neatly that I never had issues with them. I truly appreciate her calm and approachable manner — she made the whole experience so much less stressful.
