The staff is genuine and compassionate. They are easy to work with. After one treatment round, about 3 months, I am mobile again, able to do things I haven't done pain free for quite a while. Having my post x-ray with doc, I have gained space back in both my L5 and L4. I am extremely grateful I was told about Central Illinois Spine and tried it out instead of surgeries or injections!

Central Illinois spine always takes care of me when I'm having issues with my back or neck. Of all the chiropractors I've ever been to, they're the best at getting me in as quick as possible and making sure I get the relief I need. The staff is so friendly. You don't always get in amd out so quick but I had an appointment at something like 11:00 and I was on my way by 11:10. Sometimes it just all works out perfectly.

I would not recommend using the DRX 9000. This machine did damage to my ligaments, caused muscle spasms and severe pain in the area that it was pulling on. It has taken over a year to recover from this. Everyone there said to "trust the process" and that Dr. Dickhut knows what he is doing. Thankfully I did not listen to them and listened to my body. I quit after being in so much pain even though Dr. Dickhut wanted me to keep going for another 30 plus sessions. A world-renowned doctor told me that he has friends who are chiropractors and they bring in these machines for money. I also had a top Dr. in this community look at my MRI and say that I did not even need the decompression and he was quite upset that I was told I did. Maybe these machines work for some but for many they do not. I wish Dr. Dickhut and his staff all the best but wanted to give my review in case it helps someone else.

Staff was fantastic, Dr Jeffrey Dickhut was great on explaining in detail of all my issues and he had passion about what he does I wish more doctors had that touch
