There is so much to find within this voluminous branch. You are bound to find something of interest if you have an affinity for books, music, art or cinema. The youth wing is expansive and provides space to not feel as though you are crammed in a space that wasn't thought out. There are many space and floors to find a space and enjoy your latest literary find or get a bit of work done.
A very well kept library for the community, Great selections They even have a record player to let you listen to the vinyls, and you can rent 3 out too. Never heard of that in any other library, and thought this is very interesting.
Library staff are kind and helpful here. I came here to digitize a VHS tape and it is a straightforward process. I’m very happy to see that this service is offered. Outlets are plentiful. Really like that the park is nearby too. Some people can be loud so bring noise-cancelling headphones.
I’m from Paris France and I really loved my experience here. The free classes & workshops are blessings. Thank you for pushing the culture and help us make our dreams possible. It is a very good place if you are looking to make new encounters especially if you want to talk with NewYorkers. I did the Creative Writing Workshop with Ben and it was amazing, thank you for that. I really love the WeSpeakNYC with the wonderful professor Nyesha, made me appreciate the NewYork experience to the fullest. It really helped me blossom and have more confidence for the future. I am very grateful for the help. 🙏🏾✨
