Central Park society in Lahore is a scam. Despite clearing all our installments in 2011, we have not received possession even after almost 15 years. The developers have continuously made false promises, claiming possession would be granted within six months, but these have not materialized. It is advisable for everyone to steer clear of this situation.

If you want to increase your sales, you need to focus on your security. You have to make your security so good that no another society in Lahore has like you. Even you have to beat the Bahria Society The security of Bahria is so good. Rest of all things in central park are good. Instead of Promotions, discount offers and exhibition (these are good) if you are focusing on the security system Central Park people will recommend friends & family members for joining this society. You must have to know how you have to use the people of your society for your promotions. Monthly meetings are good but now you have to think about it via another way and I assure you it will prove helpful for Urban Developers. Your society have everything just lack of Security System.

the residents demand basic thing which is security and it is not even 10%...nearby communities of village are certified decoits and chors and fully pendaay and society allows them to enter whenever they want no check and balance is there these penday are destroying image of society and riding fast bikes and families cannot enjoy events and parks of society better to take plot in bahria nasheman or palm city they got best security have great check and balance no one is allowed without ID card...and even central park guards are from nearby communities so they allow there rishtedars to enter and make it fully pendu society
