i'm usually not a reviewer-- just a reader of them. but i had such a great experience here and i wanted to share that every person i interacted with from the women at the desk to the doctor were so kind and accommodating!!! would def recommend
I really like this office, I'm glad I started coming here because of the location and staff is awesome. The doctor was very patient and thorough, she explained the procedure I have to have done in detail and I like that she didn't rush the visit. The front desk girls are great, very kind and welcoming. The office is nice and clean, very pleasant environment. I like that they don't overbook like many other offices do. I had to wait maybe 10 min until I was called to be seen. Overall I had a great experience so far. I recommend this dental office to all.
Beware this organization will not REFUND you any money that you are ENTITLED TO. I visited this dental center several months ago and I was robbed. I was asked to pay a large amount of money upfront for a dental procedure that my insurance verified they were going to cover. I was told as soon as my insurance pays them they will immediately return my money. Several months later countless visits to the center and several emails TO SUPERVISORS I'm still getting the runaround. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY! P.S. I have all the documentation that the insurance company paid the bill.
