Earlier this year, my roof was badly damaged by storms. I reached out to Central Roofing, and Derrick came out to assess the situation. He took the time, well into the evening, to walk me through everything in detail. It honestly felt like a free seminar on roofing and home insurance. We ended up chatting until 10 p.m., and his knowledge and patience were incredible. Derrick helped us navigate the insurance process and worked with the adjusters to get the roof covered. Although we still had to pay out of pocket, he made sure everything was done properly. The roof installation was largely smooth, with one minor issue: a ridge vent where the crew forgot to cut open the underlayment. Derrick didn’t cut corners: he ordered fresh materials and had the entire ridge vent reinstalled correctly. Thanks to his dedication, my roof is now in excellent condition and built to last for decades. Highly recommend Derrick and Central Roofing for anyone looking for quality work and real customer care.

Complete lack of care and concern for others safety and personal property. ZERO remorse as well. The construction manager came to talk to me and didn't even apologize. He just gave excuses about why they had to trash my garden as if there were no other options to repair the roof than trash my personal property. They didn't clean up all the mess most of my pots are full of nails and other trash! I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Just look at the photos.. I included before and after pictures of the garden. In addition I included the photos of their "clean up" job. Now I have to pay to replace the plants they crushed and spend my time cleaning up after them grossly disrespectful and inconsiderate.

We bought a house with a ticking time bomb of a bad roof job on it. We met Zack of Central Roofing when he was sent out by USAA to help us after the first inevitable roof leak. When we finally decided to fix the whole roof, Central Roofing became the obvious choice. The work was done quickly, looks beautiful, and was a fair price. We chose Energy Star-rated roof tiles, and already, we don't have to run the AC as much as before. I particularly appreciated how much of a total engineering geek Zack is (meant with all possible respect!) He clearly explained to us what and precisely where the initial leaking problem was - down to the precise bad nail. That initial repair was done in perhaps 15 minutes. His forthrightness and competence contrasted dramatically with another company we had called to deal with another one of our roof leaks, who gave me (a woman) the infuriating "oh, just trust me, little lady...we'll go hunting for the leak..." The dude clearly had no idea which end was up but smelled a chance to run up a tab by ripping off, and I quote, "up to half of the roof." (Ope...) If you're facing a roof repair or replacement and you want a no BS experience, call up Central Roofing. You'll be glad you did.

I had some pretty significant leaks in my roof and reached out to several companies to get inspections and quotes. Tyler Moran from Central Roofing was by far the most thorough, identifying and taking pictures (complete with chalk circles) of everything from hail damage to rusty nails to loose siding. He then worked with me when the insurance adjuster came by, went through all the damages in detail, and probably played a significant role in the insurance payout I received. Unfortunately, he was hospitalized before he could complete the project so I can't speak to the actual repairs but if you need a roof repaired and he's back to full health, you can't go wrong working with him.
