Corey, Nathan and the crew were very helpful with a quick service I needed for my Bronco. They didn’t hesitate to wrangle the complexity of my vehicle, which has skid plates and a lift. They handled it professionally and clearly communicated the timelines for getting the vehicle taken care of. Pro tip - get there early since it’s first come, first served!

I went in for an oil change because I had a one year warranty for lube and transmission I waited close to 3 hrs. Arrived upon shop being opened for the day. After the oil change, my car started leaking oil I didn't think much of it because I know it can be common for cars to leak a little after an oil change but recently my car started leaking like crazy I checked the oil and it was almost empty so I added some to get me through while a mechanic checked it. Next thing you know the cap was loose. If we waited over 2 hrs for an oil change I would've expect it for it to be done correctly. Keep in mind my car was perfectly fine before the oil change, what are the odds it starts leaking. I didn't take it to ford so they could look at it assuming they wouldn't admit they're at fault. Good thing it was just the cap nothing more serious. Not to mention, this had been the 3rd weekend day I went in because the 2 previous weekends, they had a note at the door saying they were closed because the whole crew was out sick. When I had called to inquire if the shop was open before heading that way the second weekend, the person on the phone was clueless and said she had no clue that the crew was out sick. Talk about wasting my time.

I always go here because I have a Ford Service plan. This time it was very disappointing. I was there two hours for a simple oil change. I arrived before they opened. There were about 5 people that arrived after me that had their vehicle serviced before me. Three of those 5 arrived about 20 minutes after they opened. I noticed there were some new employees, so I think these new employees do not know how to do customer service and/or care about it.

Nothing particularly quick about them and their prices are ridiculous (partly my fault for not checking first). $121 for a basic oil change. Make sure you check your invoice because they somehow managed to charge me for 7 quarts of oil for a car with a maximum capacity of 5.7 quarts.
