I’ve only went there for the ATM machine, never actually used there customer services. I’ve not once saw a line up and there is a hand sanitizer dispenser at the entrance that is always full.

I've been with this bank for 24 years and just recently I have become EXTREMELY disappointed. I've gotten NSF for being twenty cents short when I had funds in my savings. When I called they said they don't touch that but yet they will put me in the negative to take their banking fees. Also I was going over my monthly transactions but I figured everything was the same since I opened my account as I was not emailed or informed of any changes about any matter. So I was paying my fee but also losing up to eighty dollars some months and not once did they say "hey we noticed your going over your transactions, we have a service that would better suit your needs". So finally I went in and paid two extra dollars for unlimited transactions and then was informed that they do not contact clients for any reason. Then I was doing transfers from my savings and was not aware that you have to also pay a seperate monthly fee for that account as well. So I went in yet again and a wonderful man did help me. He reimbursed me the 28 dollars and showed me physically how to remove my savings account and add a no interest savings account that you don't get charged fees for. I was very grateful for that. If it was not for his service and detailed explanations I would for sure close my account. I felt very bothered knowing and thinking I was a valued customer but yet all the bank dies is take take for literally EVERYTHING. They have no perks or extras like others do such as free services and scene points or money for opening additional accounts. If I had not been with this bank so long and have all my business through this bank for 24 years I would not want to be a client.

I came in to enquire about financing for a Multi family property and I was told I would be contacted. Nobody reached out and I am giving the business to someone else. I have several insurance and MF products from Desjardins for my employees and I would rethink my business on that end if the man I dealt with was not reliable beyond the measures of standard practice. You make everyone in your organization look bad when you fail.
